I am preppy boy who likes to eat for pleasure, cook for joy, travel for cultures, shop for fun, work for rent and blog for my love of good food. I am also an engineer turned professional student turned so-called banker turned legal (almost legal) professional turned foodie who returned to Hong Kong with an empty stomach looking for love and challenges in life only to realize that the best way to enjoy life is through culinary and gastronomic adventures.

Mark Twain once said, "part of the secret of success in life is to eat what you like and let the food fight it out inside," but I say the secret of success in life is to eat what you like and fight out the food inside for even more food you like!

I am getting more involved in writing and photography nowadays, both are challenging yet greatly rewarding. I am no professional photographer or trained writer but I am striving towards in becoming both, one frame and one sentence at a time.
